I have eaten at Canaletto several times, most recently, last week. The service is always friendly and efficient. I love when I get the older genuine Italian waiters! The location makes this place special. From the “terrace” tables, you can see and hear the entertainers in Piazza San Marco, while the interior tables are cozy and quiet.
The food quality is very good. Everything is very well prepared and presented yet still comfortably rustic. The servings are large and reasonably priced, considering the location.
I will continue to make Canaletto a stop on my future Vegas vacations, and will continue to recommend it to friends.
