I love the Mandalay Bay! Have a little “accident” in bed? They clean it up. Need extra soap? Have 20 bars. Just want a smiling face? Look at an employee. And, the food is great, the bell staff efficient, and the management responsive. Sure, sometimes things happen, but they apologize and go forward with a smile. I’ve been staying there ever since the EXHIBITOR Show has been held there and have never been disappointed.
