   Luxor is a great hotel. It has a free monorail to Mandalay bay and Excalibur. If you get to stay in the pyramid, your elevator goes up at a 45 degree angle. They have a nice little food court, where you can grab some fast food if you like, and a great night club too (LAX).

   I loved staying at the Luxor. The rooms were clean, large, and had a gorgeous view. We stayed in one of the pyramid rooms, and there was a window that took up most of the exterior wall. Waking up to that view over the desert and mountains was something I’d love to experience again!

   The major drawback to the Luxor for us was that they offer only wired internet. That meant that either my husband or I could work, but not both at once. For a couple who needs to check in every day (and hopefully, not take too long about it while on vacation), this was disappointing for us.
